Welcome. I'm Slade Walters, currently serving as the Chief of the Visual Information Division for the 78th SIgnal Battalion at Camp Zama, Japan.

I've enjoyed a diverse career with experience in multimedia production, advertising, marketing and public relations in both the private sector and most recently in government civilian service and am now looking for an opportunity to work in public affairs.

On this site you will find my resume and a portfolio of some of the communications work I have done using various mediums including video, photography, the Internet and print.

Throughout the site I have indicated exactly what I did for each piece to help give you a clear picture of my creative and technical skills and the different roles I have played in the production and communicatons planning process throughout my career.

All of the photos used in this site (including the headers on each page) are digital photos I have taken, none of the images are stock photos.

Some of the content, especially the videos, may take a while to download as I have chosen image quality over download speed in most cases. You will need the latest versions of Flash and QuickTime and a broadband connection for best results.
