Living room with shot down the hallway. I picked up the sofas at RV Surplus & Salvage for a pretty good price. They are flip sofas that flip down into beds. They also have tons of storage space underneath. The TV is a 24" that I got at Best Buy for a decent price. Plasma and LCD TVs are more space efficient but they cost too much and they don't look as good with standard definition content, so I went with the 70 year old CRT technology. |

On top of the TV, I have a DirecTV DVR (Dual-tuner TiVo) and I am installing a dish on the roof. I have one of those little Pac Man boxes with a joystick for games and I also picked up a miniature DVD player at Camping World to round out the entertainment options. The fridge isn't going to stay silver on the front. I have to install the decorative panels. I am waiting until I am almost done to make sure they don't get too scratched up. |

The sink is a molded acrylic bar sink I got from home depot. The countertop is made from leftover tile from a bathroom remodel in my house. The faucet is a vanity faucet with a pull out nozzle. I got the nifty pop-a-plate things on the walls from Camping World. |

Completed dash board area. The dash top is covered with vinyl. I also got a really cool compass. The compass is for a boat but, this thing is a land yacht. The walls and cabinets are covered with the same wallpaper I used throughout. The panel on the left side of the steering wheel is held on with magnets and can be removed for access to the bus electrical system. |

The walls are paneling covered with textured wallpaper and, for the most part, look pretty good. The window came from an RV swap meet for $10. |

Granny's sleeping quarters. My mother-in-law lives with us and will be our travelling nanny. |

The inside of the icebox. Pretty large for an RV. Should hold lots of nice beverages. |

The turlet. Note the extra TP in the cabinet above and the nifty little sprayer thingy. |

The kids' bunks. The sides are 2"x6" boards covered with batting and some vinyl that I picked up in the discount bin at the local fabric store. |

Our (me and the missuz) sleeping quarters. It is actually really nice in there. It is longer than a california king and as wide as a double bed. I got the foam custom cut to size for all of the beds from a place online. It is an 8" medium density foam mattress. I am thinking of trading in my regular bed for one of these too because it is so comfortable. |

The shower. It is filthy on the floor because I was tromping around inside while I caulked the seams with silicone and installed all of the fixtures and drains. I got the shower from a place called McMaster-Carr online. It had a solid plastic bottom tray and flexible plastic walls. I had to modify the walls to match the curvature of the bus roof. |

The kitchen! It's huge, isn't it? No, but it will do what we need. The cabinet is MDF covered with wallpaper. The microwave is the sole means of cooking anything inside the bus. I am installing a gas grill outside. |

The door to the toilet. It doesn't take up any room in the bathroom or hallway when it is open. |

The shot down the hallway. There is no artificial light here, the skylights and bus windows are providing all of the light in this shot. I told you I didn't need those lousy bus windows. All I have left to do inside is carpet this bad boy. |

The completed entryway with grab bar, clock and wallpaper. The dash is also covered with the same vinyl as the bed bumpers. |
